Marine Hubert

Marine obtained a bachelor's degree followed by a master's in biomedical sciences at the University of Liège, Belgium. She then undertook a Master's degree in Tropical Medicine and Infectious Diseases at the University of Antwerp, before moving to Canada to work on epidemiology projects at the Université de Montréal.

She is a research assistant at the Université de Montréal and research coordinator under the supervision of Dr. Hélène Carabin. Thanks to her dual role, she contributes to various research projects related to the epidemiology of zoonoses, and also holds the position of research coordinator for the ELUZO project, an initiative aimed at strengthening the fight against zoonoses in rural communities in Senegal and Burkina Faso (page LinkedIn du projet).

Passionate about development and humanitarian aid, Marine combines field intervention and scientific research to promote sustainable solutions adapted to public health issues, integrating One Health approaches.
